Network Management Policy for Aerwave

The following Network Management Policy applies insofar as Registered Aerwave Users and Guests are utilizing Aerwave services in compliance with Aerwave’s End User License Agreement, Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Network Management Policy is to outline Aerwave's commitment to ensuring a fair, transparent, and consistent network experience for all users of our Managed WiFi services. This policy is designed to support the integrity and reliability of our network while upholding our values of openness and equal access.

2. Policy Statement

Aerwave is committed to providing high-quality Managed WiFi services that are free from traffic manipulation. Specifically, a user may consume unlimited data on a monthly basis. Aerwave will not engage in any practices that block, prioritize, or throttle total data consumption on its network based on users’s data consumption. Aerwave believes in offering a neutral and transparent network environment to ensure all users have equitable access to the internet and their online services.

3. Key Principles

3.1 Non-Discrimination

Aerwave will not discriminate against or favor any particular type of traffic, application, or service. All data packets traversing our network will be treated equally, regardless of their source, destination, or type.

3.2 No Traffic Blocking

Aerwave will not block any lawful content, applications, or services. Users will have unrestricted access to the internet and their preferred online resources, subject only to legal requirements and reasonable network management practices.

3.3 No Traffic Prioritization

Aerwave will not prioritize any specific types of traffic over others. All data flows on our network will be managed without preferential treatment to ensure that no service or application receives a higher level of performance compared to others.

3.4 No Traffic Throttling

Aerwave will not throttle or intentionally reduce the speed of any traffic. All users will experience consistent and fair bandwidth availability across our network, without artificial limitations imposed on specific types of data or services.

4. Network Management Practices

4.1 Network Performance Monitoring

Aerwave will regularly monitor network performance to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. This monitoring is performed for the purpose of maintaining network health and identifying any technical issues that may arise.

4.2 Congestion Management

In the event of network congestion or technical difficulties, Aerwave may implement temporary measures to ensure overall network stability. However, such measures will be applied equitably and will not involve blocking, prioritizing, or throttling traffic based on its type.

4.3 Legal Compliance

Aerwave will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing network management and traffic handling. Any actions required by law will be communicated transparently to affected users.

Aerwave will review and update this Network Management Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, regulatory requirements, or business practices. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the policy.
